Most of these meals have a lot of preservatives added which may be injurious to your health and your eyes in general. These preservatives contain a high amount of sodium and fats which do not in anyway agree with your eyes.

Even if you must eat packaged food, make sure it is something that has low fat percentage and has many health benefits attached to it.
